Sunny and Warm!!

Yep, this is it! What we have been holding our breath in anticipation for.  The warm weather is finally here!!  Now, I don't know about you, but my sandals have actually been out of the closet since about the beginning of February.  But we finally get to wear them lol

Still busy with the tax lady. Piper is enjoying the days with her dad; yesterday she informed him that she is a very demanding little girl and the boys like knowing dad will be waiting for them when they get home. I like that most nights, dinner is ready or at least almost when I get home. But I sure am tired at night.
At the dinner table, the boys have been sharing their days with us the last couple of nights. Normally, when you ask Xander about his day, you get one response---"ummm, I forget" but the last couple of nights, he has been yacking our ears off. Very surprising, really. Right done to the activities he is doing in class.  I have yet to get ahold of his teacher and set up a meeting.
Thomas is doing good.  He went to a progressive dinner with his friend's church. If you have never heard of a progressive dinner, it is where you go to one house for part of a meal, then to another for more of the meal, then on to another house for more food and so on, until dinner is done. He had a good time, but didn't get home until twenty after eleven. Then he proceeds to tell us all about how after the dinner, they all went to Tim Hortons and hung out there. And about him and another kid taking one of their friends bikes and riding it around. He was wired for sound; we had to tell him over and over again to go to bed. We had to remind him that he really was still grounded and was lucky he was allowed to go. That got him into bed!!
Well, Blayne has started his nightly reading of the Chronicles of Narnia, so I am going to go relax and listen to the story........LONG LIVE ASLAN!!
